I’m very pleased with my glasses!! They came in the mail a little later than they were supposed to but that’s my only complaint. Everything else is great. Frames and lenses are wonderful.

The glasses are really nice , shipping Buick and the price was good. However , they were not the glasses I thought I was ordering! I think the problem was that there weren’t enough photos on the site to insure I was ordering the pair I wanted . The two pair are very similar , but sadly the pair I wanted wasn’t what I ordered.

My only issue is that it takes a very long time for glasses to be shipped, and that was via the US Post Office no less. The Post Office was exceptionally bad with their service, dragging the vendor's delivery credibility down. On the whole; I would say, "CoolFrames," the company has a pretty good product, with equally good customer service.

thank you for your order, you are 100% right. if baffles me as to why it take 10 days almost to have a package go coast to coast and then other times it takes 4 days. i am really sorry for the slow transit time, i wish we had more control of it. i hope you enjoy your eyeglasses and thank you again for selecting our store for your eyewear purchase.
