No issues with cool frames. Ordered on August 29 came in September 07. The frames looked exactly like my old frame that broke. They were charging me $200 in my optometrist for my frame and I found it for less in Cool Frames.

I was lucky enough to be assigned to Tamra. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my frames. She encouraged me to update my prescription so that I could make sure I had the correct lens. She continued to follow up with me and responded to all of my e-mails quickly. It was such an easy process and I was completely satisfied with my choice. She even asked me for a picture once I got the frames. I love my Betsy Johnson frames

The best prices, service, and quality. Had to pay out of pocket since I used Insurance on Contacts. My eye doctor wanted close to $400 for my glasses with no insurance so if you have a prescription from your eye doctor, you will save tons from coolframes.com. They have namebrand and any style you can think of. My name is Joe from Ohio and I'm a real person, reviewing my experience with this company. They went above and beyond for my satisfaction. I recently purchased frames from Cool Frames and had them filled at Costco. Then one of the rhinestones fell out of the frame. The company asked me to send the frames back and they would replace them which they did. I am very happy with the level of customer service and would definitely recommend buying from Cool Frames in the future.

Found a fantastic pair of Prada glasses for an amazing price. Communication was good. I had emails regarding my order and it's status and when it was shipped. Delivery time was great. Ordered May 31 and delivered June 14. Excellent for an international order. I did try on the glasses and they do seem to be slightly off center. I'm sure it's nothing the optical can't fix when I get my lenses in.
