Frames looked great but could not get screws loose to install lens. Took frames to a optometrist and unfortunately he broke the new frames trying to get the screws loose. He does business with Coolframes so he is getting me a new frame.

product seems pretty decent for a great value.. however their service is not that great... They are very slow... and hard to reach them.. i had to call them more than 5 different times to send my glasses back!!

My glasses took way too long to receive because my order was not notated properly on my account. I wouldn't have known if I didn't keep calling and following up. Somewhere along the line the communication was dropped.

I originally brought a frame from CoolFrames to replace the same frame of a pair I brought here in Australia with the intention of putting my old but expensive progressive lenses into the new frame. As a single focus lens was free I ordered this as well as my lenses were getting a bit old and one glass had a scratch in it. The service was good, but it took nearly a month- one week to send from you and nearly three weeks in the post! The frame I brought from you broke on the nose piece rendering them irreparable and as I need progressive lens glasses for my work I quickly ordered an identical replacement frame and sent an enquiry regarding warranty. I did this because I knew I would have to send the broken ones back and so it would be a six week turnabout based on my last experience. So I decided I could have two of the same frames and use the lenses you had supplied in the additional frames for a set of reading glasses. You agreed after a few days to replace the frames under warranty which I was pleased with, but realised it would be better if I had a different colour frame so I could easily tell the difference between the progressive and reading classes. I do realise you are dealing with suppliers but I thought it would not be too difficult to ask the supplier who had already supplied the identical frame to me via you to give a different colour. But the answer was no. I am left thinking I will not deal with overseas distributors again.

My optometrist clinic wanted to charge me $300+ just for new lenses in my previous glasses.. I remember a friend who had bought glasses online & had success so I decided to do a search on google.. which led me to CoolFrames. I know I loved the Bebe Eyeglass brand, so I did a search on those & fell in love with a pair (Bebe BB5109) For the cost of new glasses & lenses I saved myself $100+ for a new look :) ..I just wish I would have gotten the anti glare coating because I work with a lot of low indoor lights. I ordered my glasses September 23rd & received my new glasses today, on October 16th :) ..now all I have to do is get used to the prescription! (Going from progressives to single is harder then I thought lol) **update** lens already has a scratch on them & Ive done nothing but wear them for less than 5 hours :( wasn’t expecting that with the anti scratch.. literally just took them off to clean them & noticed the scratch :(

Every time I went online to check the status of my order it said "processing". This went on & on so I sent an email--seems they had let me know about the order but it had gone to spam. I finally received the glasses & was happy until I found the same exact frames for a much cheaper price, pretty much on all the other websites.

My order came as described little hassle. Although I was caught by surprise that they had to order my frames first before shipping. Other reasons for my review is the lack of free return and restock fee for returned merchandise. Had to buy thinking this would be my final decision.

service was good but the frames i ordered took soooo long to come in and it was upsetting but other than that everything went well.
