For so many years, since I transferred my service to Constellation Energy, I like their energy rate. They have the cheapest rate compared to my previous providers. Their customer care service is very helpful and easy to talk to. They will try their best to solve my concerns or issues.

I have been with constellation for 15 years. I stay with them because they don’t go up all the time like electric companies do. They’re pretty fair on pricing per kilowatt and when you call to talk to someone at constellation, they have not been rude. They have been kind and help with your problem if you have one or question.

Service is great, bill arrives in a timely way. There are numerous perks with the service, such as how your ac is functioning.

No problems so far. I once had to call Constellation and got someone on the phone. being able to speak directly to someone is important.
