Kindness Patience and Flexibility
Kindness Patience and Flexibility. Amy was extremely helpful and polite - even when I got a little attitude because of angry customers waiting. Giving us a temporary license while we sort out the issue was nothing short of pure excellence. I can't stress how much of a load that lifted off my shoulders
