Very good alternative to Shopify's current POS system. Customer service is also excellent. In case of problems or ambiguities, a solution is sought the same day. They also support you with remote assistance by taking over your computer. Recommended!

Hana was very helpful. She has taken her time to work with us to iron out some minor issues we had with ConnectPOS. She has definitely gone out her way to make sure we continue to have a great experience with the products they have to offer. 10 out of 10

Major improvement in support. It used to seem impossible to get any, but ConnectPOS was listening. They now have 24/7 support by chat or email. They responded in less than five minutes and resolved the issue in even less time. Friendly, efficient, proficient. Excellent.
