I would also like to say that we shopped around for coverage and Concord had the best deals and coverage out there.

Now have 2 vehicles covered with Concord Premier plans. Far less expensive than Ford EasyCare! I've only used the claims process once, but it was very easy and actually provided partial coverage for an issue not even listed in the policy! Impressive service, reasonable cost.

As a former dealer business manager, I rate CAP's protection packages as some of the best that I have seen and I would not want to own a car today without this protection.
