Great place to live for temporary accommodations. Management and communication is very poor. It is easy to move in, however, it is a nightmare moving out.

Worth it if you have a high tolerance for people who are worthless at their jobs. The facilities are nice and it's convenient living, but the employees are an astounding combination of stupid and thoughtless. I one time had an alarm go off just outside my room from 1 am-noon the next day and the 'emergency' team advised me to call the police. they also sold me on the flexibility of lease renewal but when I tried to renew my lease for a short-term the asked me to pay an extra $300 a month, making my basement bedroom in a shared house nearly $2100. Again, the house was lovely and I enjoyed my roommates, but by the end of my lease, I was beginning emails and texts with "I know you won't respond to this but..." When I signed on the gave me 6 weeks off of a 9 months lease and a $1,000 Amazon credit, so the $1,775 a month was probably worth it, but any more wouldn't have been.
