Demel was a great (virtual) tour guide. I had a list of questions prior to the tour. I didn’t have to ask any of those questions because he was very thorough!

Such a great experience! Phetsamone answered all of my questions within a timely manner, and was incredibly helpful. The parts of the building that she showed me helped solidify my choice in choosing Common! Super lovely, concise, and helpful!

So far, the Wayland has far exceeded my needs and expectations which is a huge relief as, for business reasons, I had to sign a lease while out of town. I don't know that I'd have chosen to move if it wasn't for a Nicole who bluntly answered my endless questions over the phone despite being busy and was very capable of managing expectations of the property in a way that made me feel like I should take the opportunity to move. I worked with Chris during the leasing process who was fantastic and even had some time with Grace as she was starting. All of which set a very comfortable standard of customer service and approachability. If you get the chance, meet Malachi (sp?), he's definitely the character/heart of the buildings.
