I've had an education in nutrition the past 3 months. Many a-ha moments. (Light bulb going off!) Looking forward to many new topics. I feel the coach is always available even though I haven't had to reach out often, he answers within 24 hours or less. People in class praise him each time.

Veer was my coach and I could not have asked for a better coach to guide me the last 10 days. He was very knowledgeable and sincere in his responses and guidance. He was never critical in his responses. I found the help I needed to improve my daily health. I would love to continue working with him going forward but I need to work out my finances. Until then I will use the tools he has given me so far. God bless! Rose

I enjoyed the positive interaction and the positive instructions which were also sincere and heartfelt the desire to help someone it's always a beautiful thing as a company please continue to show those qualities and you will go very far people need that kind of attention whether they know it or not it goes a long way so as a company keep up the good work thank you very much for your time and efforts

3 months ago I had been seen by my Dr. for a 6mo. checkup. My weight was increasing to 140 so I needed some help that wasn't going to be prescribed from a Doctor. I happened to run across an ad with Committed Coaches. The more I listen to what they had to offer, I realized all I needed was some guidance in a plan to improve my health thru knowing what to eat, when to eat it & in the right amounts & how to train my mind to make those good healthy choices everyday for as long as it takes to lose the 25 lbs I wanted to lose & beyond that time for a lasting lifestyle. You see I'm a 75 yr.old female Transit Bus driver retired now for 15 years after I lost my husband. The past few dark cold winters have been difficult since I lost my only son at 54 ys.old to a heart attack in 2021. It took me 2 years to empty his house & rehab it to sell.I finished that the night before I had to have major surgery on my lower back with rods & screws in Dec 2023. I'm a very active independent person but this surgery left me balance issues & a lower back that has given me managed pain, especially this past winter. I was beginning to worry about not being able to take care of my house & 3 1/2 acres of mowing. I had to decline helping my friend this year with mowing his many properties that would take me 3-4 days a week in a nearby town. I had realized I needed to focus on regaining my health as a priority. That's pretty much why I joined this program is because of my decline in my health. I knew if I didn't do something right now that I could lose my freedom if I continued to lose my health. I needed the guidance of a coach to help me. My coach is D.J. I have followed the direction & feedback he gives me everyday. When he told me I needed to walk at least 5000 steps, I went uptown & joined the physical therapy & rehab gym. That's been almost 3 months now & I'm riding the recumbent bike for 3 miles & the recumbent elliptical for 2 miles. I had been thinking for years that I should do this but never did until suggested by DJ. He explains & uses praise,kindness & empathy with his feedback. I can even hear his voice & that sticks with me. My plan is 3months with a personal coach & continued after care for another 9 more months. I am well over half way to my weight goal to lose 25 lbs. 16 pounds down & a whole lot of knowledge to draw on to achieve my weight goal with proper healthy eating & my new habit of exercising. The zoom calls are very informative & helpful too! I am very pleased & thankful that I joined this program when I did.

My coach was Katie. I appreciated the fact that she was always available and always with a prompt reply. She provided excellent guidance regarding what constitutes a good balanced plate and encouraged me throughout the process.
