The item I ordered took over 5 months to arrive. When it was finally delivered, the poster tube had a massive dent in it which ruined the poster inside. I tried to request a refund or replacement, but have received no response as of yet from customer service. I would not recommend buying from this website if you care about getting your item quickly or in decent condition.

Terrible service, I placed an order at the end of May and I still have not received it, I've sent various messages and only one was answered. They have stopped responding, but they did charge my credit card. Send me the poster or refund me my money! Last time I deal with this company.

There’s no updates on orders when half is delivered and the other half will be available, long lead time after an order is placed and it ships. The order should be accepted and charged when it ships not pay and wait for 2 months.

Somehow my posters got reutnrned so they resent them and when the tube showed up one end was missing the white cap and it was just taped up. When I cut the tape my two posters were not there. I emailled them three times with NO RESPONSE!!!!!

Never received the card and had no help from customer service. Wasted my money on a collectible I never received

We apologize for the inconvenience. You did in fact receive several email responses. Unfortunately you provided the wrong shipping address, and we shipped the card to the address provided. You said you would attempt to contact the homeowner to obtain your package.

I ordered a poster on March 08, 2022 and did not hear anything from Collectionzz until June 16, 2022 when it finally shipped. Collectionz needs to do a better job communicating about where an order is at every step of the process. Especially if the order is coming months after it was ordered. I spent a lot of time stressed out wondering where my order was or what its status was or if it was gonna just show up unexpectedly and get stolen. Then suddenly I got a rush of emails right about the time it arrived. Not cool. I will not order from this site ever again. Shame because the product is beautiful and exactly what I ordered.
