It was very convincing and easy to understand; it also has a lot of materials to work with to further one's knowledge of being a licensed Realtor.

Riddled with errors. I'm at chapter 2 and I've found typos, an incorrect example diagram, and a quiz answer that was directly in opposition to a previous slide.

Not sure what's going on with this real estate company ... But, I was opted in to texts and emails without signing up. These texts and emails started while I was looking up other real estate schools. They can't tell me what IP address I opted in from ... Sounds fishy, right? HOW DOES THIS SCHOOL HAVE A 2.8 RATING ON HERE WHEN THE ONLY 3 REVIEWS ARE 1 STAR, 1 STAR, and 2 STARS?

Program was not self-paced. A better description would be teach yourself. All you do is read the screen and then try to take a test on it. The cost was good and it was easy to fit inot a schedule, but the class itself is IMPOSSIBLE to learn.
