Being a made to order company,it's turn around time is kind of a wait. Being 78 yrs old,I can,t wait to long. LOL! The first lower I bought,is a fine piece of work. I should have bought this brand soonr for previous builds. Thanks for the quality. H.M.Boucher

It was the first time I ever purchased a firearm online. It was pretty simple and straightforward. The model I bought definitely had enough options on color, caliber, length. I love the rifle btw. I have only went to range once but it performed well and once I got the sights dialed in it was very accurate. My only complaint is that when I purchased it then there was a black Friday sale a week later and I wasn't able to get the extra discount when I asked for it. Normally companies will honor it within a given time. Considering it took a few weeks to fulfill the order and I hadn't received the rifle yet, a sale price should be accommodated.

Interaction with customer service was good but I felt I could have had a better option to resolve my issue. Either way, my issue was resolved but it took longer.

This review will be based on communication alone. There is a specific reason I only have 4 stars instead of 5. I understand that Customer Service will only communicate with costumers via email and not telephone, but some of us still actually like speaking to a human especially when you’re a first time customer of CMMG and would like to ask a few questions that would take all of 4 or 5 minutes to ask and instead it takes two days of back and forth email correspondence to get clarity on purchasing. Overall, I had a good experience and all my questions were answered and I did in fact make a firearm purchase with CMMG, but not being able to speak to a human is a downside to their Customer Service.

.22 and. 360 suppressors. Communications, delivery speed to ffl and follow up were all above average. Suppressors themselves are great. May not be the greatest on the market but they are well built and reduce sound as advertised. Would definitely recommend. Very good value.
