Unable to apply rewards points at check out. Created a loop of needing payment info and trying to apply rewards. Loading the search result page on top of the page being viewed is a clunky and ineffective feature. Turn it off. Redirect to a new page with search results. These troubles are consistent when using a mobile device. Which is a huge part of your market. I shouldn't need a computer to comfortably order from your website.

The web site was good. It should have bigger print that even though the gun is in stock it may take up to 30 days to ship. This is not acceptable in my opinion!

I disliked that my purchase was charged to my credit card right away even though the item was unavailable. I disliked that I was not informed that my item was on back order. I received no communication for weeks. I disliked that when I received my conversion kit it did not function properly and I got no assistance. I like that cmmg is following up now. This purchase could have been more confidence building with some communication and transparency

At the price of banshee mk10 should’ve came with the heavier buffer weight and not be an up charge as you definitely need it.

Purchased a new Banshee in 9mm. Gun shoots great really accurate. Have shot around 300 rounds so far with no malfunctions. The black Cerakote finish, not so good! It is not very tough, flaking in the upper where the bolt rides. Any minor hit takes off the paint. Have emailed the company with my complaint, so far, no response.

CMMG has lots of great firearms, products/parts, etc. but apparently, they are so over-extended and short-handed, their customer service has degraded to the "horrible" level. I bought an AR upper. It took 6 months to receive if I remember correctly. On the first day to use it, and after the second jamb, the charging handle broke. I sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement and was told via email, "I'm sorry to see that, I have CC tech support on this email and they should be able to give you a hand!" This is the second time (different issue) I've been told they would help me and they haven't. I've spent a lot of $ at CMMG over the years and still I wait. I've liked using CMMG in years past but for the last year or so, things have not gone well. If you need help or products from cmmg . com expect long waits and slow customer service. If they replace my charging handle with a structurally sound one very soon, I will delete this review. But not until then. UPDATE: They finally sent me the new charging handle. It took much too long to be considered good customer service, but at least I received it. I'm holding at the 3-star rating because I had to contact them so many times.
