For context one of your orders was flagged by our fraud prevention solution and proper protocol to verify with you was not followed. Hi James, I do see we received an email from you on April 10th and one of our customer service reps responded that same afternoon. I'm not seeing any responses after that so I'm not sure if perhaps our reply got missed or filtered into your spam or junk folder by mistake? Hi Kennith, Very sorry to hear that the customer service provided did not meet expectations. I don't believe the response you received was meant to be short or dismissive. However to add some context, with all the law changes and legal challenges going on in Virginia like you mentioned, many dealers are very short on inventory and some dealers order through a distributor instead of directly from us so there is no way for us currently to know exactly who has what on the shelf right now. With the recent court order you could order directly from our website, however you would need to find a dealer near you that will accept transfers of the specific firearm you are looking for before ordering as some dealers are not accepting certain items right now.
