Fast, friendly, patient, perfect!

SO quick - less than five minutes. Both people I spoke with were kind and helpful and I was able to renew my license within 60 seconds of the appointment ending. Only "complaint" is the cost - $49. But for how convenient it was, I was OK with paying it.

Fast and Swift I highly recommend

It was such a swift and easy process, the call started and I had my vision test done within about 5 minutes and the call was over. Matt was a great technician and made the process very smooth and I was able to renew my license within 10 minutes. I just wish the price was a little bit cheaper but other than that the service was great.

This was great, effective and very easy-going! For someone with a busy schedule who doesn't have time to take a trip to the DMV it's perfect. I'm grateful I found it, the staff is very friendly and helpful and guide you through every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Woke up Sunday morning, turned on my PC and in 10 minutes I had my vision test done and results automatically forwarded to the NY DMV (five minutes later, I renewed my license online). Completely worth it for a measly $49.
