I am extremely happy with both the ring and the service. The diamond and setting are just as I imagined and just as it was pictured on the website. I was very impressed with the service. I had a few questions both before and after the purchase and they were all answered in a timely fashion. I would like to thank my advisor, Kim Meyer, who kept in contact and helped with the timing of the delivery and keeping me updated.

Clean Origin is the best place to find beautiful lab grown diamonds. We live in Washington State and pay the highest sales tax another benefit of Clean Origin that I don't even think they advertise that it is tax free! For us that is over a 10% savings just because of that in addition to the value that we could not find anywhere else. We were will and had traveled 200 miles in one direction to find the best deals in diamonds at places in Oregon that also was tax free. But we got down there and they showed us unattractive diamonds for around $4,000 and then a beautiful one for $12,000 and showed us nothing in between. We were ready to buy but it was not in our budget and what we thought we were going to see. We looked online also at James Allen which was another bait and switch when you go to check out someone somehow buys that exact diamond at the same time even though it was there all day. Then they offer crappier diamonds at a higher price. We went to several retail shops like: Shane Co., Joseph Jewelry, Ben Bridge, Fred Meyer, Greenlake Jewelry, Mia Donna, I'm sure there was more but that's what I could remember. Online we also shopped to see if we were even interested in places like: Lake Street Diamonds, Costco, Arjil, Malka, Judith Arnell, Alchemy, TNJeweler, H&B Jewelry and Loan. I made a price comparison excel spreadsheet and researched all my options and found the best option was to purchase 3 of the stones from Clean Origin and have Lake Street Diamond Company in Kirkland, WA set the stones. Lake Street Diamond Company was very professional about setting the stones not purchased through them to get the best value. Both companies get 5 stars. The diamonds were exactly as described and look gorgeous!!!

We ordered a 2 carat diamond ring from clean origin and absolutely love it. The ring size was slightly too big (the cheap ring sizer we used was inaccurate), so we took advantage of the free resizing offer. The experience was easy and almost free (I paid FedEx $5 to pack it for me, but clean origin covered the overnight shipping costs), and the ring looked great and fit perfectly when it came back a week later.

The service and quality far exceeded my expectations!

High quality. Good price. Highly satisfied. I purchased a 1.9ct. rose gold diamond solitaire ring. The stone is very clear and has a great cut. It is difficult to asses the value with any precision. Clean Origin delivered as promised on the commitments made on their website. I had no need to return the ring. The ring is beautiful. My lady is surprised and delighted every time she looks at her hand.
