Clark helped us set up our trust and recently transfer property to the trust. He does exceptional work and takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why. With something that is so complicated and important, it is vital to choose someone that is competent and trustworthy and Clark is!

It was a very pleasant experience. Clark explained everything in layman’s terms. He pointed out the need for certain items—HIPPA for example. Notarized signatures were done “on the spot”, and his cost was very, very reasonable. I’d recommend Clark and his firm to anyone seeking estate planning. Bob F.

I sought Mr. Allison's advice on making significant changes to my trust, and then after another year, and based on developing circumstances, a further revision to the document. His advice was straightforward, easy to understand, yet absolutely comprehensive. I have every confidence that my will and trust documents are exactly as I wish them to be, and in full compliance with all legal standards, practices, and laws. Additionally, Mr. Allison is an approachable and available attorney, who responded to my questions, and put me completely at ease. I have recommended Clark Allison LLP to both friends and family, and will continue to do so.

Clark easily guided us through our new trust. Professional, friendly and informative. Everything was explained to us well. We will continue to work with Clark as needed to keep our trust current. I was dreading (and procrastinating) setting up our trust. I left his office feeling both relief that is was completed, and happy that it went so smoothly. I recommend Clark (and staff).
