Great system with lots of potential, but badly let down by terrible service, unintelligent staff and response times of weeks, not days, and certainly not hours. Very difficult to run a business that depends on the system, as there is absolutely no back-up support.

Edit: Cin7 is unresponsive and the platform is slow, buggy, and support is very slow. Look elsewhere! Cin7 is a great service, I have been using them for years and they have never failed me. While their support can take a bit to respond, they are always friendly and helpful, and luckily I haven't needed that much support because their systems have been so reliable for our business. Fantastic!

This company promise you things they cannot deliver. They wasted 8 months of work from our side and expensive bills and in the end we just had to give it up. They can not deliver what they claim. This has been one of my businesses most costly mistake to trust this company. And they did not refund me all those months of wasting our time. Hours and hours of work to try to get their business work for us. And it didn't.

They simply lie. We were promised a bespoke system, built for us. We were ensured there was a UK based Onboarding Team, and we were promised the system would be capable of managing out complicated currency and duty issues in the drinks industry. They have failed and failed, at huge cost to our business and worse of all you can’t even complain because no one ever gets back to you. Do not use this company. T

Absolutely horrible support team. You can not get an answer from anyone on the team for at least 5-6 days. EVEN when dealing with business critical and time sensitive issues. Terrible experience so far. Every connection is separate. All of their integrations are also worthless because they are marketed as DIRECT but they are not direct integrations. You have to pay to get each one installed and it takes months for them to do so. This means every single 3PL or EDI integration will take months and a lot of money for them to build.

An hour to download orders from Magento to Cin 7 and no reply on how to fix it as it's only 250 a day and we want to get to 10,000 a day, getting very frustrated a this proclaims to be the savior.

I signed up looking for an on shopify integration. The site offers a free plan for those who connect shopify, at the time of the connection I was in a free trial with demo products loaded. Despite trying to contact support they were not helpful. (I haven't been able to delete the account yet).

Have been a cin7 customer for 6 years with 2 separate accounts and circa $25-30k p/a in fees. Despite this when a bugs finds it way onto our account we have been told it only effects us and as such they will not be fixing it. (The bug in question related to the most core function of an ERP without and accounting ledger - inventory) Sad way to burn a long term customer. NetSuite is now looking good and not even more expensive on a subscription comparison.
