I have just had wonderful help from Vanessa this morning. My laptop died and I needed to print company checks. I had to transfer my Multichax to a new computer, which I did after Vanessa sent me my account information, but I still had trouble with my printer. She came online this morning at 7:00 am, her time, and has me back up and printing! I am a happy Multichax customer! Your Support People are awesome!! Five stars for Vanessa!!!👏👏👏

John Cinco and the Chax support team has been fantastic to work with. My computer recently suffered a reboot and several programs stopped working properly. The Chax support team was able to call and remote in to my computer to fix the problem quickly and provided information as to what they were doing along the way.

Hello, I'm not sure if I answered this survey, but I must say, if I could have given Vanessa 100 stars, I would. She has always been courteous and proficient in give assistance to us. No matter what, she always takes the time to assist. I have only been working with MultChax for the past 5 years, and I don't know where I would be if Vanessa ever left. John provided excellent customer service! He proved to be knowledgeable and patient as he assisted us in reinstalling the software.
