The process was seamless and I felt that the jewelry design was gorgeous! I appreciate the contact from my designer as she created my piece. I might suggest that the chain be of a higher quality, however, as it is thin.

I ordered 4 necklaces with our daughter's name spelled out...she died almost 3 years ago from a extremely rare cancer. Her mother and her 13 year old son are having a real hard time with her passing...so this is a daily reminder of her life. When you first look at the beautifully designed piece...you just think it's an abstract design until you look deeper at it...then it all becomes clear to you .I am some happy with the unique designs and the quality craftsmanship of the Charmly products.
