Happy with the service. Before started using them i had constant issues with chargebacks. I was canceling any order that may be suspicious because i feared it may lead to chargeback and get me above the 1% rate. After started using chargeblast my rate decreased to almost 0 (They don't catch Amex so it's not 100%). But i don't cancel suspicious orders anymore and overall make more money than loose.

Reached out to support for help, got connected with Sheena and she was superb and efficient. A perfect role model! If only every support person was just like her. Took us more than an hour to resolve but she was just there working silently and patiently. She needs a well deserved raise for going beyond to help me out. Overall, Chargeblast customer support never lets you down!
