This site is bulshit and operate by cheaters, they block the account and will never transfer your payment, even they suspend the account without any reasons, total time wasting for seller,

Please note that accounts are only closed if there is a valid reason for suspension. If a user breaches our terms and conditions we must take appropriate actions, which in most cases is the closure of the account.

my id is (nayan3ddesigner) . do you have any proof? how can terminate my account without any giving explanation, after that i have create another ids...guess what your team also terminate those accounts, why you doing like this, is your company bankrupt or doing stealing money from ours. my friend also lost about 550$ from your site, guess they cant received any explanation, even he told me that he's work are pure, he is a sketch artist. why you doing all this, if you banned any id give that explanation, so people know what you doing and your team. don't support your own countries users.

Hello there, We do understand this situation is frustrating for you, however, note that we cannot allow any of our users to sell models that are not designed by them. By selling content that you did not create, you have breached our terms and conditions as well as infringed on the copyright of those designers who made them, thus we had to discontinue your account immediately.

I thought i was purchasing a puzzle from them until right after i paid i realized i made a simple mistake that was a download and now they won't make a refund for me. I tried to contact them immediately and explain what happened but they seem immutable on their decision. unprofessional business

Hi there, Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Be advised that we have given you an answer on the 24th of August, please check ticket number 48512. Please note that products sold on CGTrader are DIGITAL 3D models, not actual physical objects. Unfortunately, you were no longer eligible for a refund since you already acquired purchased product - downloaded model files. We could have only refunded the purchase if you would have met this criterion: The model is mistaken for a physical/tangible object and the digital file has not been downloaded. They have been very unprofessional with me as an artist. There was no way to contact the support team, they simply won't answer you. They don't seem to care about artists, doesn't matter if you've spent time working on a model, it's not their problem. I don't really recommend them if you plan to work as a 3D artist.

Scam artists.Do not buy stuff from their website!!They don't make refunds for faulty items and innacurate descriptions.In my case I made a complaint and a forum thread as well as a negative comment and what they did is the next day they deleted my account so the comment and bad review be deleted.They didn't answer to my emails and they have been dismissive thinking they have power.Do not buy from this site...even when the seller agreed with me and I provided screenshots they went and changed everything to make it look like it didn't happen!Avoid by all costs!!!Even now the seller wants to refund me so I will pursue legal action

Hello, We understand this situation is frustrating for you, however note that the model you have purchased was checked by our internal 3D team both the description and the preview images are accurate. The model itself is working as expected and due to these reasons, your refund request was not valid. Your feedback regarding this purchase was inaccurate and due to that reason it was deleted. Due to false accusations to the designer of the model and unreasonable communication, a decision was made to suspend your account.

I used to be a very good customer of CG traitor, I purchased lots of assets from them and recently I purchased one asset that has many problems. I asked for a refund and they didn't approve of it. I feel that I been rob. So I recommend peoples to purchase your 3D assets elsewhere. Reply to CG traitor: Your model was VR And AR approved. To be able to do a VR or AR application you need to bring the model in a game engine, like Unity and that where you failed. And by the way, you lost me as a client. If they would just have refunded me I would still purchase thousands of dollars of assets in the future. They forgot that the client is always right and that on them. Greed never pays in the long run.

Hello there, Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused, however please note that the purchased model was not intended to be used in software you were using. We have provided additional files of the model that would allow you to use it partially, however since the model itself was working as expected and the information about the specifications on available formats was provided in the model description as well, according to our refund policy we found that your claim for a refund was not valid.

The website user interface is terrible. Very difficult to understand what's going on. I managed to upload a model for free download. It said the model was uploaded, but I could not thereafter find the model I uploaded. Slow server? Maybe. How would I know? The interface does not provide any feedback on a slow server situation.
