Reza responded to me quickly with an informative and friendly email that made my work so much easier. I was not expecting a response in such a short amount of time (and such a helpful response, at that). Thank you, Reza.

After investing over 4 hours with the course I was failed a simple security question. Under company regulations I was suppose to repay and restart the entire course. After explaining my situation to Esra, they so graciously allowed me to continue the course from where I left off and I didnt have to pay!! Without Esra I dont think I would have continued the course at all and wouldve looked elsewhere. Shout out to Esra for helping me!!
