Can’t fault this company! Excellent customer service and reassuring to track the delivery in detail. I bought Cerus one and I am extremely impressed. I struggled with nhs for years then bought hearing glasses but returned them as they didn’t help much with the hearing issues and kept sliding down my nose due to heavy frames which are needed to incorporate the microphones.

I thought my food handler needed to be renewed however it had 2 years left. I had already paid for the new one. Grace was great! She got my money refunded since it was purely accidental. Thanks Grace....
