Makenzie was FANTASTIC!!!! 5/5 stars all the way. She was so helpful and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my family. I am so grateful for all of her help. She took something that wasn’t her problem at all and she helped solve our problem!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Alex Pekar from Centric Fiber, and I can honestly say he went above and beyond. My issue started with emails being stuck in spam, and not only did Alex take the time to carefully explain the process to me, he also escalated the situation right away. What really stood out is that without me even asking he asked the right questions that completely changed my experience. I was actually planning to switch providers because I felt the service was slow, but Alex identified the problem, improved my speed at no extra cost, and made sure I felt taken care of. Because of his patience, knowledge, and professionalism, I decided to stay with Centric Fiber. Alex is a fantastic representation of the company and a true example of excellent customer service! -Jodi

I could have given him 10 stars if it were possible. He understood our issues, and had us setup promptly. Very skilled and checked things out thoroughly. Thao came in and installed our wifi super fast. He was very helpful and informational. Speeds are 975 mbps and loads super quick. We get good connection throughout the house and everything. So far so good!
