Great deal and choices

the representatives that I have worked with have been fantastic but there is a bit of infighting between representatives, if a client has not put in an order within the a 6 month period, other representatives are allowed to try and snipe those clients. this creates friction and a sense of disharmony to the customer.

A little rough-and-ready, but we always get good value from CDI, and they are responsive when we've had the occasional problem with a piece of equipment.

We had one small issue with the import tariff not getting paid and the shipper kept hounding us to pay it, but it eventually got taken care of by CDI. With the exception of that one issue, everything had been great. The one issue is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Most everything is good. Sales Contact is excellent but sometimes the machines get less scutiny than should be. Get win 32 bit when we buy 64, memory matching is wrong. system won;t boot!
