At first I was very pleased, but I have to say that my most recent experiences have not been without problems. Response times are not very prompt, however, when I do get a response they are very nice. I have had to email several times to get them to respond, however. i would prefer prompter responses.

Lots of hassle and inconvenience to get order correct. Finally got system installed with correct software and licensing. Future orders will have to double checked before accepting order.
