I work 6-7 days a week in the kitchen, constantly using my hands and on my feet. I developed "trigger fingers" on my right hand pinky and ring finger. I started to take the pill form and within a couple months it has left. I then developed severe pain in my left wrist from working with heavy woks and pans and cooking for hours on end. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered since first buying the roll on at a race expo earlier this year. I took advantage of the Black Friday sale & ordered 2! I swear by this stuff. It has helped my chronic back pain tremendously! I am a runner & on days when my back is hurting so much I can barely walk without pain, I use the roll on & I’m able to get out on my morning runs with far less pain. I definitely recommend it!
