CaveGamers was formed in 2010 with the main focus of repairing Xbox 360s. The infamous Red Ring of Death was a massive issue with these systems, so there was never a shortage of units to repair. Over the years, we evolved from doing repairs and expanded our product selection to a wide variety of video games, systems, and toys. We take pride in the unique nature of the products we carry, the quality of our refurbishment, and the care we show our customers. We hope you find what you are looking for and have a great CaveGamers shopping experience. It has been an honor to have served over 500,000 satisfied customers!
CaveGamers (cavegamers.com) has 820 customer reviews on Rated Honest, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

USPS is absolutely worthless. Find another carrier if you’re gonna do any kind of business.

I'm very sorry you've had experiences with USPS delays. Please understand that carrier delays are outside of our hands. Is there anything we're able to do to assist you with this inconvenience?

The ETB that was sent to me had opened packs in it with fake cards inserted. Not official licensed Pokémon cards.
Response from CaveGamers· Jul 9, 2026
Thanks for the heads up, and sorry about this. We don't take something like this lightly. Everything we sell comes from suppliers we know and trust, and ETBs come sealed from the factory, so opened packs with fake cards inside is definitely not something we'd expect to see and we want to figure out what happened. Shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and a few photos of the box and cards, and we'll get it sorted for you.

Response from CaveGamers· Jul 6, 2026
I'm very sorry about that, it looks like the provided address was incomplete and the package was marked as Return to Sender. The package is on its way back to us and we have provided a full refund.

Game did not work and the multi port was not in the box. HDMI cord was in the box. Game would start, but reset when trying to play the disk. Disk in in perfect shape. I wasted over 100 dollars. I will not be ordering with you guys again.
Response from CaveGamers· Jun 29, 2026
I'm so sorry we sent the wrong cord. We are more than happy to send or reimburse you for a replacement cable, and have reached out to attempt to troubleshoot the disc issues for next steps. We attempted to resolve the issue with the customer but after some initial troubleshooting they did not respond. To the best of our ability to tell the issue appeared to be with their disc.
