We want to clarify one important point regarding our communication. Unfortunately, we were not aware that your package had been marked as returned to sender by the carrier until you reached out to us directly. As of the time of this response, the USPS tracking still does not show the package as having been delivered back to our office and it is still currently in transit, which means we had no visibility into the issue on our end prior to receiving your email. As soon as packages are returned to our office, we contact the customer immediately. In this case, it has not arrived just yet. Once we were made aware of the situation, we offered to reship the order right away. However, given the tight timeline and the uncertainty around whether a reshipped package would arrive before your deadline, we felt it was more honest to be upfront about that rather than make a promise we could not guarantee. As mentioned in your conversation with customer support, a full refund was processed back to your original payment method at your request. We understand this does not make up for the inconvenience of being without a case for two weeks and we are truly sorry for that. The experience you described is not the standard we hold ourselves to and we appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve. Regarding CrystalShield Elite AR, we're sorry to hear it hasn't performed to your expectations. Screen protectors can vary in scratch resistance depending on the type and frequency of contact they're exposed to, and we genuinely appreciate you sharing this comparison. We have passed this feedback along to our team as we take product performance seriously and are always looking to improve. On the button fading, this is something we take equally seriously and we're glad our team was able to get a warranty replacement out to you. Button discoloration within that timeframe is not the standard we hold ourselves to and we understand how disappointing that must have been. As for the phone damage sustained during the drop, we want to be transparent here. While our cases are drop tested to 4.6m / 15ft, drop protection is influenced by a number of variables including the angle of impact, the surface it landed on, and the specific point of contact. We understand this is not the answer you were hoping for and we're truly sorry your phone was damaged. Regarding compensation for the phone damage, as noted in our previous correspondence, we are unable to take responsibility for damage to the device itself, but we do want to make sure you feel supported as a customer. We have since investigated the matter with our carrier and it does appear there was an issue during customs processing that impacted your shipment. As communicated with you on June 18th, an item in your order was on backorder, and we were awaiting inventory that was delayed during customs processing. We sincerely apologize that this caused a longer wait than expected. Your order was since shipped, and tracking shows it has been recently delivered by USPS. All feedback, positive or negative, is valued by our company. We're sorry to hear the case didn't meet your expectations in terms of screen protection. Sheath is designed with a raised screen lip of 1.2 mm to keep the screen lifted off flat surfaces. That said, we completely understand that different users have different protection preferences, and Sheath may not be the right fit for everyone. Regarding the screen protector compatibility, our cases are designed with a very precise fit, which can sometimes affect how third-party screen protectors sit. We actually offer CrystalShield, our own screen protector designed specifically to pair with our cases for a seamless fit. We would love the opportunity to make this right. Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the delivery process has been frustrating. According to your tracking information, your package has recently been delivered. Previously, your package was being processed through customs before being handed over to the final carrier. During this stage, tracking updates can pause while the shipment is transferred to the local carrier to prepare for the final delivery process. The tracking may not show daily updates, even though the package is still moving through transit.
