Liza was very helpful in making all the arrangements for my so and I on the Aggressor Bahamas. I have used Caradonna for many dive trips and they always do a great job at organizing all my dive trip travel plans.

Everything was great and I appreciated Caradonna's much needed assistance in planning my trip. Except they were repeatedly late in responding to my questions.

Doris is very helpful in putting our trip together. We will use her service again.

Cardonna worked to get our reservation package at a great resort, Magic Oceans on Bohol in the Philippines. I am so glad you had this gem on your website because it was perfect. Lodging, food, diving, service, nature, secluded beauty all spectacular. Some dive travel perks like document folders, luggage tags etc, would be good advertising for Cardonna and a nice appreciated touch. It felt like we were dropped when we reserved. I also had no idea that shopping for the best price would be frowned upon. I learned my lesson with this type of dive travel company, with anger when I mentioned another company. I usually book liveaboards and they are helpful with perks, land excursion reservations and airfare help. I had to figure all of this out on my own. The resort was very helpful with two awesome excursions so all was good! The coral and the macro were out of this world eye popping gorgeous.

Donna did a great job. When we went to reserve our first dive, we were told that our diving did not start for 2 days as per our reservation. Thankfully, they were able to bring in another boat to accommodate us. When we reserved this trip, we asked for our room to be near the dock for obvious reasons. I asked the woman at check in 3 times if our room was near the dock as requested. She never answered me. Yes. She spoke English. Room was not near the dock. This was not Caradonna's fault. Donna went above and beyond to answer all my questions and I enjoyed talking with her.

A very complicated trip with 11 flights, 5 hotels and liva aboard, not to mention the transfers to and from. Zero problems on the trip. So why the 4 stars? Poor communication between Caradonna and the and the trip leader, itinerary's for flights lodging and bookings incomplete out of sequence and not booked in a timely manner.

We have used Caradonna Adventures for all our drive travel for almost 20 years. They do a great job making suggestions and putting together packages for us. We have never been disappointed or had any issues with our travel plans.

All did go according to plans; The agent at Caradonna was both nice and professional. One recommendation, advance knowledge of connections or distance to hotel could have been helpful. We had no issues, the locals were helpful and the Maya Airlines terminal distance to/from the hotel Sunset Breeze was 5 minutes away. Hotel Staff and Dive operator on site were also very good. Though I would like to explore other sites/locations on the island I must admit I will likely return to the Sunset Breeze Hotel without hesitation. I hope to return next year, 2020
