Hi Marco I am sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. I can see your order was shipped with DHL on the 23rd July and the fact it has not yet been delivered is a concern. It may be a "missing in transit" but we do need confirmation from DHL first before we can rectify the situation. Hi Eric I am sorry to hear about your experience. I will reach out privately to you with some solutions. Our custom sized prints destined for the USA used to be manufactured in China. We have recently moved production to Australia. The cardboard used for the boxes is quite rigid so it seems like the delivery companies are being a bit rough. Orders are fully insured for damage in transit. To be honest,. considering the volume of orders we ship around the world, we don't see damage like this often. However, having it happen twice in a row is very frustrating! We certainly do not want you out of pocket and will do our best to come up with a solution. Kind Regards Amanda

Hi Christine I have recently reviewed your order and we do apologize for the delay. We produce our Acrylic prints going to the USA on our Facility in China which is operating on a limited capacity because of the recent Lunar New Year. This was mentioned on our email correspondence with you the past week. I have escalated this to our Finance team so that we can have your order refunded. Hi TF I am really sorry to hear this. I can see your order was shipped on the 23 December and Canada Post are showing an estimated delivery date of the 14th January. Due to the huge volumes of online orders being processed by couriers this year, delays can be expected. Unfortunately this is the reason why we can't guarantee delivery time frames. We do have an open ticket on our system and we will continue to monitor this for you :)
