I like the ease of use. The navigation is very simple. Also the ease of sharing data amongst different departments in our company, as well as with our retailers.

Excellent program to house your collateral material. Its simple and easy to use and search for files. I work for a regional company and this makes sharing and downloading marketing materials easy.

Canto has made managing our digital assets and sharing across our design team and enterprise far easier than with our previous tools. It automatically makes metadata searchable, and it's pretty easy to import assets from old systems. I'd like more integration with Adobe Creative Cloud software. There is an InDesign plugin, but similar tools for other programs would be helpful. The organizational structure can be a little clunky and limiting, due to this being a web-based tool. We struggled with finding digital assets before Canto, and our previous tools didn't allow for shared access. Now our whole team has access to all our assets, and sharing outside the team is easy.

Canto is a very user friendly platform. I do not know how I was able to work without it! I use it daily to upload and share thousands of assets for customers and suppliers

Canto solved a lot of problems for us. Instead of having our assets in 10 different places, we have them in one place, and they're organized.

This is a great choice for photographers who shoot almost on a daily basis and cover a wide variety of events. The tags and keywords help me sift through 20-30k photos to find the exact one I'm searching for. This software also enables me to quickly share the photos with clients I shoot for.

It makes sharing and approving photos much faster and easier.

Canto digital asset management tool makes my life so much easier. Pros: Easy categorization and tagging of media. Powerful search capabilities. Incredibly easy sharing of assets with clients and vendors. Cons: I wish that information was better presented to the end user so certain asset data points (photographer, credit info, etc.) are more prominent and unmissable. Canto helps with digital asset management and distribution. Easy control of our thousands and thousands of images, videos, etc.
