I purchased a safe that was defective... I expected to no get any help but boy was i wrong. The customer service rep walked me through everything and was extremely prof and very patient with me. Would definitely do business with them again

Had to call in due error with battery draining in keypad. Rep was super helpful and took extra time ensure I was getting the correct replacement parts.

After changing keypad and motherboard in an older safe, I was unable to program a new code. Albert Rangel from Cannon customer support was able to assist by telephone, & am now able to change codes. Thank you Albert Rangel for a job well done.
