Best for a young person who is seeking a career. Not geared to an older person who is looking for a part time position as a legacy job.

This was interesting and thought provoking. I would have liked the option to say "sometimes" I do or don't feel that way on some of the questions rather than having to choose one way or the other.

I really did not expect to see any results from this questionnaire. But once I did. I thought it was very nice and cool. I read my results and many people have told me similar things as my results.
