When I received the hat that I had ordered, I was very disappointed in the quality of the stitching. Since it was made for my fraternity, I assume that it can’t be returned.

Very bad communication route told me the package was delivered on the 22nd my son never received it it was still in the warehouse so it completely skipped his birthday I ordered it on the 12th today is the 25th and I still have not received it I spent a decent amount of money and I'm very disappointed in the service that they knew there was something delaying this delivery and took no steps to try to contact me to tell me what the issue was it was all over one item and as far as root it was the correct checking number said it was delivered so I don't know if it's that on route end or your end but needless to say it's already paid for I still haven't received it but I will never use that website again and if anybody asks for recommendations I'm just going to say no

WHAT THE HECK is up with the sizing?! Awesome, it's unisex... but it's still a unisex SMALL. If this is a UNISEX small (which, by the way, is still stupid because any dude who wears this must be an extremely tall person), then show a size chart! Totally ridiculous. I guess I better learn how to sew, so I can actually make a viable shirt from this dress.

Carina, we are sorry the fit of your shirt isn't what you were anticipating! As stated on the product page, all comfort colors tanks or shirts have a loose unisex fit, we are sorry that wasn't more clear before you purchased the item. -Kyla

On Monday March 1st, I ordered four items for my sons birthday on Friday March 5th. I paid $40 for expedited shipping. It is Tuesday March 9th and the package has yet to arrive. I ordered two items from ATO.org and they arrived on Thursday March 4th. My son went back to college on Sunday March 7th, without the four items I ordered from you, but with the items from ATO.org. He doesn't know about your products. I want to be reimbursed for the $40 in shipping. Thanks for your time, -Blair Neddenriep

I placed my order on November 29th for a shirt. Campus classic created the mail label December 8. Campus classic sent item for shipping to USPS on December 20th. Christmas present arrives December 29th. Wow! This order arrived 3 days after my November 30th (order of 2 shirts) that arrived December 26th... Campus Classic will blame it on USPS. But I blame it on Campus Classic’s poor ability to ship the item in a timely manner. Label & pre-shipment info created on 8th and item sent to USPS for origin acceptance on the 20th...
