I was very disappointed in the time it took to receive my order. Took over 10 days. Did not arrive until 2 days after Christmas. Which meant I had to remail, to my grandson 250 miles away.At additional expense. Very upset!!!!

It was a little overpriced for the quality, but shipped on time.

Did not receive complete order.

Took waaaaaay too long to arrive.

The lettering is already cracking and peeling after not even a month.

Sweatshirt looked amazing but majorly shrunk even when washed in cold and dried on low heat

Your customer service is slow to almost non-existent. I understand that by being a small company staffing could present a challenge. But updates on my order (that were to be a birthday present in November but ended up being a Christmas present instead) were slow and vague through email/website. Honestly, I don’t know why it took so long since one of the two items I ordered, flannel pj pants with Greek insignia, looked like an iron-on appliqué not something actually sewn on the garment. In the end, my son liked his gifts but I won’t be ordering again anytime soon. I know this is blunt, sorry for that, but I’ve worked in the customer service/apparel for many years, this wouldn’t have been acceptable. Good luck-

The decal on the shorts was small, cheap and the fabric was pinched under it. Would not recommend buying polos or shorts. The t-shirt was a good value and better quality
