I ordered a personalized shirt as a gift. The shirt arrived with several snags and puckered in the area where it was personalized. I emailed CC and didn’t expect to hear back from anyone right away but did expect a hassle to get a replacement shirt. Much to my surprise, I received a very nice email thanking me for the opportunity to give CC another chance to make my order 100% within a few hours.
