CallRail does an awesome job of routing, tracking and recording my phone numbers. The ease of setting up call flows and adding new tracking numbers is seamless. The software can get a little pricey if you send a lot of texts or use a lot of minutes, but overall it's worth it. I highly recommend CallRail for any business looking to track their phone calls and use numbers other than their cell phones for a more professional look.

We have loved shifting our call tracking over to Call Rail. Grabbing a new number is so easy and the fact that we can know with certainty where our new patient calls are coming from is a HUGE advantage. I'd recommend them to anyone...except our competitors...ha!
