Tech support is good. Need to work more on communication

I have subscribed to CallHippo two days ago. While the service has some limitation which do not satisfy my requirements and hence no longer using it, the support is really great with online access to them 24 hours. I have also enjoyed the professional support specifically from Vijay and Jintu. Both of them are really efficient in understanding and addressing my concerns and this matters.

CallHippo does seems to provide a very good array of features and as a first time user; the interface is very intuitive and my requirements are easily met. Mayur was the agent who onboarded me with proper instructions and demo. I was able to go live in minutes!! I am glad to have started using the service and will definitely post a comprehensive review once I have used it for some time.

I am satisfied with CallHippo service. Manushi helped build a custom plan for me as per my suitability.

Very good customer support. The web interface looks outdated but it's rather intuitive and functional.

it works. i recommend using the monthly option at first. im not sure how the credit system works it could become expensive in which case i will cancel subscription.
