Outstanding customer service...great appreciation for our military - oorah. And most important, what a supplement to our saddles. I've tried others, but this one is great. No slushiness or wiggleness (not sure if those words are correct), but great comfort and stable. Would highly recommend and buy another. I purchased a large for my K1600B...almost perfect fit...would like two inches longer for the stock seat. Semper Fi

Purchased it for my wife but I used it yesterday. Definitely felt a little cooler and more comfortable with it tossed on top of the road sofa.
