12 month “subscription” keeps getting pushed off and off and they need 12 payments before I can even cancel. You can’t even get number to call and you only get customer service via email. What a headache and even if you don’t have a dog anymore you still can’t cancel and or get a refund. I don’t recommend at all. This has been the worse experience and all they do is take your money.

THIS IS BULL----! if there was a "less than 1 star rating" I would give it! I literally had to send this email after being told I am "committed" and cannot cancel my subscription: Noemi, My experience can be enhanced by canceling my subscription. In the meantime, please do NOT send any treats or Hip & Joint treats. He does not like any of it and it is being wasted. Instead, I would like the extra toys. Your website says toys can be substituted for treats. It does not say anything about an extra charge which is misleading. I am going to write a google review about all of this. I understand what I signed up for but my dog is not liking it. What about the guaranteed part? At least I am not demanding my money back, etc… I also read the legal agreement which states a subscription can be canceled with no refund. I don’t want to go to extreme measures; however, I am becoming more angry with this whole experience. Please forward my email to your supervisor, the owner, or whomever can resolve this issue. I am extremely unhappy and DO have the means to take this through legal means! Please, please, please do not use this company! Whomever writes good things is being paid to do so.

The toys are not any tougher than what you find in your local Walmart or Petco. I was also disappointed that after my first box I couldn’t cancel my subscription. So I am on the hook for 6 months of crappy toys at $35 a box.

BEWARE: I ordered 1 box to see if my dog would be interested. He didn't like any of the toys except the stuffed one. Next thing I know I'm charged 56.00 for a box I did not order and I have been calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks and no one is returning my calls. This company is a rip-off!

DO NOT USE BULLYMAKE! Trust me when I say I never leave bad reviews, but the HORRENDOUS customer service from BullyMake has given me enough motivation to do so. Everything is smooth until you try to cancel and then they are scamming people out of hundreds of dollars. The toys were fine for a while but got very redundant, and the treats were very hard and dry. Nonetheless, it suited our pup for a while, but when we wanted to cancel our membership to try other companies to mix up the toys, the true colors of this company showed. It’s VERY difficult to cancel. You can’t just hit a button in your account like other trustworthy companies. We emailed back and forth for days. Then I got charged an extra $228.96 for two subscription that got “activated” which I did not activate. When I contacted them they said they could not issue a refund as they had already begun processing the order, despite me not requesting the activation in the first place. We went back and forth for days without answering my question of why or how the accounts were activated, they kept saying the same things over and over which involved me needing to return the boxes that I didn’t ask to receive, and they would PARTIALLY refund me for boxes… that I never activated! You can’t speak with anyone on the phone, and communications go back and forth until you reach a frustration level that leads you to simply dispute your credit card charges and leave your first ever bad review. This was all for an “error” on their part that seems more and more planned and the more I see how many other people had the same issues. They should have IMMEDIATELY refunded me, and told me to keep the boxes that were sent on their error in the first place (which I would have likely returned anyway). Instead, they make the customer feel like they did something wrong and are being penalized for a BullyMake error. Horrible horrible customer service, dishonest company, subpar toys, impossible to cancel, and hundreds of dollars in charges with no refunds. Do yourself a favor and go straight to Bark Box instead!!!

Whatever you do, do not buy their subscription boxes. I thought it'd be fun to get my dog a year's subscription so we'd have new toys and treats. Now I'm locked in since they give you a lower price for a longer membership and I cannot cancel it. They said they won't renew my subscription but we'll see how that goes. As far as shipping goes, I always get my boxes half-way through the next month (eg. my Halloween themed box arrived half way through November), with no consistency. Got a power chewer? Avoid these boxes. The ropes are nothing special, the plushies are sometimes cute but are flimsy, the ballistic toys are also very flimsy and poorly made with parts your dog could easily rip off and choke on, the hard plastic toys are durable but a massive safety hazard to your dog (cracked/chipped teeth, sharp edges that will cut their mouth when chewed on/broken into, and dangerous sharp edges if pieces are ingested), so the only good toy in the whole catalogue is the thicker rubber toy. If you have one you basically have them all; there's not much variety in shape or size. To these toy's credit they have withstood my rottweiler's chewing and are one of his favorites, but I did not need 12 months of basically the same toy over and over. The treats also aren't that special, and you don't get that many treats for how much the subscription costs. Save your money and just buy something nice for your dog every month, or set up a reoccurring purchase with Chewy or something for the same kind of monthly surprise. You'll probably get better treats and toys at a lower cost.

My boyfriend ordered a one month box with three toys and two bags of treats. He only got two toys & they were both destroyed within a day (and then the dog ate the plastic.) They claim they’ll replace them, but they haven’t after he contacted them. They also keep saying his payment is declined for his subscription; He only ordered one box - not a subscription. I don’t recommend them at all!

Absolutely terrible customer service. They have no mention of a phone number on their website, so you're forced to email every time. After waiting 2 weeks and seeing that my two toys hadn't even shipped yet, I tried to find out why. Each email that was answered was a basic "we'll forward this to the shipping department", and then I was never notified of the answer. After 2 emails asking where my toys were, I then wrote a third, then fourth email stating that it was apparent my things were lost and I would like a refund, both of which were ignored. I am a professional dog trainer and will be sure my clients know this company is lacking in this regard.
