Pendergrast Electrical has done several jobs for us, and we are always well pleased. All the Inspectors say his work is always code standard or above and that their check is a formality. One inspector told us that Mr. Pendergrast was his inspiration to get into electrical work. Top notch electrical work at a reasonable price.

Mr. Gutierrez and team were great from the beginning. I got a reasonable quote on the day of the inspection. Once I signed the contract, that afternoon, Mr. Gutierrez had already secured the permit and I was able to select the color of the shingles be used for the re-roof. His team showed up early to begin work, and given this heatwave it did not go unnoticed how efficiently and diligently they worked. My re-roof was completed well ahead of the time frame he provided and it looks great.

OUTSTANDING!! Had a 20 year old large picture window replaced a couple years ago by another company that did a terrible job. Needed another replaced and was determined to find a great company. Southwest was it. Steve and Mike did an excellent job of replacing the broken window (with a new frame) then cleaned up spotlessly. Southwest is honest, ethical, reasonably priced, licensed, bonded, insured, and has a special certificate given to only 5% of contractors in the country. Highly recommended.

Jonathan recently completed a total renovation of my garage including demolition, paneling, structural reinforcing, drop-down ladder, texturing and painting. Work also included external house painting, internal house wall water damage repair and wall painting. Jonathan and his crew were competent, courteous, and on schedule. I found Jonathan to be very innovative in solving problems and enhancing solutions. I highly recommend Jonathan Cook Construction.
