Buildium suits all my needs as a small business owner. Having everything in one program allows me more time to concentrate on other aspects of the business. Our residents love their access to the site!

Platform looks nice and is relatively easy to use. Using it for complex NNN can be tough at times to make the system work, but it is capable.

Pretty people friendly system and any issues we have, we usually get a response on how to resolve. The recent upgrades are much better!

when they ask for a call back number, I have waited over 24 hours with no response. Need to work on that system.

Really like Buildium. Makes it easy to set up and record payments as well as keep notes on each property. Love the app - though I usually click through to the full site. My only complaint is that logging credit card payments is not as easy as with Quickbooks. Other than that, I love it.
