I really enjoy working with the friendly staff at Buildium. They’re always so knowledgeable and patient with me when I have technical issues or just don’t quite know how to complete a task. I know that all my issues will be happily taken care of when I call the tech support line. Thanks Buildium!

Janine was so fantastic in helping me troubleshoot an issue that had been consuming me for hours. Janine was able to quickly understand my concern, troubleshoot, and gave a detailed explanation so that I could better understand the issue at hand. Furthermore, she followed it up with an email detailing everything she stated on the phone, which was helpful in providing to other staff in my company. Janine was very friendly and provided great service. I hope she is able to help again in the future!

This is a very easy program to follow. Always great technical support. If they don't know the answer they find out for you. My only issue is that sometimes it takes time to get to a representative but they at least offer call back so you don't have to sit on line
