Buildium support has been very helpful. When issues come up they respond in a professional manner with helpful remedies. I can call them direct, leave a call back number, or submit an email ticket. They spend time walking you through processes that are new or troublesome. I appreciate their patience. We have been using Buildium for several years now and it is working for us.

I experienced an issue while performing a bank reconciliation, so I reached out to the Buildium Support Team for assistance.
