The customer service staff went above and beyond. Every time I contact them, they have the solutions that I need and they are so patient and will walk me through the most difficult processes.

I have been working with Buildium for over 10 years. I have always received excellent customer service. They are very patient and knowledgeable.

I had called in several times to resolve two big accounting questions, and was not able to get help. In talking to him, he guided me through all the steps and was patient with me as I was working through things myself with his guidance. Even asking me to tell him what I am doing out loud, as I figured it out my self. From writing zero dollar checks to transfer money between properties to partial paying bills to sending deposit reserves back to owners. I wish I could always talk to him when calling in.

Joseph understood each of my questions and was able to assist all of my concerns. Also, talked about how Buildium product support constantly looks for ways to get better.

The wait time was very short. Gentleman was very polite and was able to put me in touch with the 1099k department. Thank you
