Buffalo Wild WingsReviews of buffalowildwings.com

Takeout. Order was cold. Wings severely overcooked and dry. Burger had one giant black hair in it. Ordered chips and salsa and received chips only. Side of fries was less than half full, cold, and overcooked. Last time I will eat here.

Worst service ever! We went to restaurant #610 to enjoy the UFC, and I understand it was on a waiting list. We registered, and I told the host we would like to sit outside because there were a lot of tables available, and she told us ok. I asked her if we could go, and she said no because she didn't want to skip the line, but she asked the other guests, and nobody wanted to sit outside. I didn't see a problem with letting us go sit if nobody wants to go outside. I see every time we order online or go to the restaurant, the service is getting worse and worse.

I ordered online to have it delivered to my house because I'm sick and I couldn't leave the house. The one who delivered the order delivered it to another address that is completely far from my house, I called him quickly to go for it and bring it to my house obviously he did not answer my 15-20 calls that I made to him, I sent him a text message and he didn't answer me either. I called the restaurant and the person who attended me told me that they couldn't do anything about it that I had to talk to the delivery guy. I finally got in touch with this guy and he told me that he couldn't do anything either. Anyway, I decided to go by and pick up the order 20 minutes from my house. When I get back home with the order I open the bag and surprise, the order was incomplete 🤨. I spoke again to the restaurant and the guy who attended me was the same one who answered me the first time to which he told me that there they had the other part of the order that I had missed and that the delivery guy had left it forgotten. I asked for a refund and they said that I had to go personally so that I could take my card and thus be able to make the transfer or refund. Anyway, it was a horrible experience both with the restaurant and with the delivery guy. I write this review knowing that this is not going to change, they will throw the ball with each other and no one will accept their mistake.

Eastvale, CA Store #3384 - Terrible service. First server refused to serve us for some reason. We ended up getting slow service from a busser. My party wanted to do the Blazing Challenge but the manager couldn’t be bothered to even come out to have us sign the waivers. The poor service at this location is a direct reflection on the manager, Kimberly, who also reached out to me promising to fix the issue with my experience but that was a lie. When I tried to take Kimberly up on her offer to fix the situation she blew me off like we had never talked. This location is terrible. The environment is not fun like other locations, it’s a bit of a dead vibe to be honest. The food is mediocre, overcooked and served cold; which is amplified by the lack of an enjoyable atmosphere.

We were the first in the door today. Ordered a cold wrap, and a hot sandwich. 25 minutes later, we were brought a cold wrap, and a room temp, was once hot, sandwich and cold fries. I shared the result with the server asap, and the manager returned, very agitated that I refused the room temp food. Horrible experience. They used to be so good. Been going there since opening- no more!

Wings were tiny, overcooked, not the requested flavor and we WONT BE BACK AGAIN! Aweful. Just aweful.what the heck happened? We used to love this place.... no more TRIED to contact Buffalo Wild Wings directly but their "CONTACT US" Link doesn't work. Probably because they already know their product is less than acceptable. Aweful

horrible sevice at location on Fort Ave. in Baltimore

I ordered through the BWW website for my son on [insert date]. Our drinks were missing, so I called. The manager was polite and said she’d remake the order and have DoorDash bring it back. We never received the remake. When I called again, staff were laughing in the background. A male employee answered and used a racial slur toward me, said “it’s not going to happen tonight” and hung up. I did not expect to be spoken to like that. We’re still missing our order and my son didn’t get his meal. This is not the way to treat customers.
