Buckwildbison packaged and mailed my order with perfect execution. My Bison was sealed in a cooler and completely frozen. I could see they took great care to make sure the weight was not less than it was supposed to be, in fact I received close to a half pound more than expected. I had ordered Bison Petite Tender - 14 oz. × 1 Bison Sirloin Steak - 1.5-2 lbs. × 1 Ground Bison Meat - 10 lbs. × 1 Bison Ribeye - 10 oz. × 2 and with beef having gone up in price to $16.00 a pound, I'd rather have more protein, less fat and very tasty Bison meat for close to the same price. I made a garlic ginger marinade for the Petite tender and it was delicious. I'll be back Buckwildbison. Thanks
